Best airline to fly worldwide
I’ve flown emirates business, Singapore business, Qatar business, United business and economy in all the same airlines. Emirates business class is by far the best, hands down, no comparison. They fly the a380 to the most destinations. I’ve had the a380
on every single one of my flights, even the short 3 hour flight. Doha airport shuttles you around like cattle on their buses when they land you in the middle of their parking lots, the ve never been on a bus in Dubai airport. Emirates customer service is also top notch. The economy on the other airlines also fails in comparison to emirates. When it comes to price emirates also beats out the others!!! I’ll add 3 extra hours onto my trip just to fly emirates!Show lessBasebear
Easy to use and convenient
Not sure about other’s reviews but I’ve never really had any issues with the app. I find it convenient to use and easy to navigate. The only time I’ve had problems with stuff not loading was due to my internet connection on my phone but the app has never crashed on me.jswhite379
Annoying
Needed to claim miles because despite them listing United Airlines as a partner, you can only claim mileage on the Newark to Dubai route. Long wait times for customer chat and if they are overcapacity they won’t let you open dialogue at all and force you to call.
Once chat is started, the app will consistently lose connection and time out. There were also multiple glitches where I would upload documents requested but the operator would still not be able to view them on their end. Claiming miles itself was an arduous process as each step Emirates wanted a new document instead of just listing everything at the beginning.Show lesskman781
