Dysfunctional app with terrible help chat service
Customer service tried to charge me for seats that should have been free and was not understanding of the problem at all. Also I had 2 bookings (for family) and that one which I checked in 30 mins before clearly stated the fees I needed to pay which was not misleading so the distinction was apparent.

App just as bad their Service and staff
Nobody knew what was going on and every either was super helpful and gave us wrong information and left us waiting for eight hours promising that somebody working on it or treated us like cattle. Mind you these are business class bookings.
They put us in the hotel which had water damage in the room and there was nowhere to get dinner when we got there with a toddler. Overall a day spent agonizing over what to do in a foreign country where everyone spoke with implied hostility and annoyance and extremely unhelpful. And you couldn’t understand them and they couldn’t understand you. And good luck if you are not white, no amount of money will make them help you. There is no empathy to be found even when they are the reason you are suffering.
