Poor service
My taxi didn’t arrive on time and when I called to ask for an update the gentleman answering phone calls simply hung up on me when I requested an update on the location of my taxi. To date, GoGreen have been a good service but I am shocked by the gentleman on the phone. It seriously makes me question the integrity of the company.
Given that I cannot get through to the call centre any longer (I assume the gentleman who answered my previous call recognises my number and is deliberately ignoring me as I’ve been on hold for circa 10 mins) I am very interested to hear what the company has to say.Show lessincredibly upset customer 43

Do you want a taxi app that gets you to places on time? Then this is not the app for you.
Drivers are constantly late. Customer service is poor. And the fares are more expensive than most.Mamas Kumquat

I don’t ever usually leave reviews on applications but this deserves a bad one. I attempted to use this app in hope it will be quick and easy but that’s not the case. The app doesn’t work - it can’t tell you a quote because it glitches out and it can’t even remember which car you asked for. Save some pain and never download it.Show lessLolololoololloloo
