Pls fix the app great company to work with but cannot get any assignments due to notifications never sending through the app and only getting text notifications minutes laterhajsims16
Love interaction hate the app /website
Love working with the company once you get a signing . Very thorough and nice customer service once you can get someone on the phone. The website and the app have huge issues that don’t seem to be getting any better. I have faith they will figure out the issues with the delayed notifications but it needs to be before they loose notaries that want to continue to partner with them to deliver the best service.Show lessT NJ

This is a good app but when accepting assignments it continuously spools and 8xs out of 10, it never gets to the assignment pageMillyjazz
Good and Bad...
This app is a wonderful way to help keep track of your orders, but there seems to be a problem every time I try to accept offers. Sometimes it doesn’t accept it at all and sometimes it says it accepted but it never did. If this app fixed the problems, I would definitely use it all the time!ArielleAri
After testing period, app no longer works
The app doesn’t have any sound for notifications only temporary banner. When responding to an offer, the offers do not show in the app. Swipe the banner to open the offer in the app and nothing is there. Can’t respond to offers nor manage any work that you you may already have. I was hoping the app would be an improvement over the website but it’s worse.Show lessDMMcGee
