No Way To Connect Account

Tried to connect account and logged into the wrong Facebook account. Now there's no way to undo that as the game automatically tries to connect my account to that.

Also, the energy system sucks and this game is literally unplayable without spending money.

Infinite loading

I was enjoying the game but now the app won’t load at all. After several time’s reinstalling the app I am done with it. Lots of other games like this out there that actually work :/

Loss of loot

I love this game but find myself constantly buying armour extra to do the dungeons, if you die in the dungeons or one of the map locations you can go back and get your stuff but when doing basic 1-2 or 3 skull locations you Carnt return to try get your loot back which is frustrating to say the least, some things need to be easier to find as I am still trying to get one more essential piece for my stable and one more for my carriage and I can not find them anywhere for the life of me and I Carnt go further on the map till I have my stable so I can obtain a horse

Try choosing your equipment and tactics in accordance with the type of the area you plan to visit. Apart from searching the locations, there is also a chance to get some Stable materials from the Wandering Merchants, so check their offers whenever possible. We hope the luck will smile upon you soon!

Frustrating

-Weapons and armor degrade way too quickly, cannot even clear any area more than 1 star before everything disintegrates
-the inability to hardly be able to carry hardly any items or equipment
-the non ability to retrieve your items after death in most of the scenarios
-only benefits of levels are items you can produce, but drop rates for items you need to manufacture higher level equipment, few and far between

Concept is great, but unless you want to spend a lot of money, it’s a typical pay to play, and your advancement and skill has very little impact on higher tier areas. If you don’t pay and risk your equipment the game gets boring fast harvesting low level zones over and over

Equip your character in accordance with the enemy you face, focus on gathering the materials for your current goal, and proceed or retreat depending on your gear's condition and location type. Our team hopes the game will manage to change your opinion for the better in the future.

A few flaws

It’s a pretty good game and it’s very addictive, but my main complaint is that after you built something in your castle, you can’t move it. It stays put until you delete it, and in some cases you can’t even do that.
I also don’t like how long it takes to walk to certain places, and I think it would be better if the energy bar fills up faster

Hi there. Thank you for feedback! Parts of the castle like walls or floor cannot be moved indeed, however, you can move other objects. For this, tap on the icon with a tower under the mini-map on your base -> switch to the Devices tab -> tap on the object you want to move and choose the icon with four arrows. If you encounter difficulties, please, email us at support@grimsoulgame.com.

Good but frustrating

I started playing when it first came out but got frustrated because of some stuff. I decided to leave the game until a friend of mine this year told me and a group of friends to play it together, and everyone was on board. Yet, I had forgotten why I left the game. The game is good. I enjoyed it, but one of the main reasons I joined the game was to play with my friends, which I haven’t been able to do due to their inability to find me or the order I created. I am unsure if they have a restriction between devices or countries, but I find it hard to grow. Collecting resources and materials to complete is a fiasco because you die, you lose everything, and there is no way you can recover the items that are purchased, yet if you die, you lose them. And it’s frustrating because imagine a bag to carry you are paying 5-6$ each time, which gets absurd. Gear and other you lose them. And the game isn’t cheap, tho. I didn’t want to leave the game, but I asked for support, and they answered that it was very annoying to keep playing. I don’t think I will be back this time on the second try, and it still made me leave so quickly. There are items you need to complete certain things, which are very hard to find. Even if you purchase a package, you don’t get to choose what you need. They give you random stuff from the package you are buying.

Amazing game but not sure if has pvp!

This is an absolutely amazing game. Iv spent years trying to find a good phone game that incorporates castle building and rpg dungeon running and finally found this game. It is great that you level by doing anything even cutting trees for logs or fighting. The realism of having to eat and drink is good too.

My only issue is it looks like (and I haven’t confirmed yet) that people can attack your base. This is the thing that stops me playing most games on my phone because it takes a lot of work to get resources and build your base just for someone to attack you when your asleep. I used to spend a lot of money on pirates of the Caribbean but got fed up of losing everything all the time I stopped playing.

If this is the case I really hope there is a way to turn this function on or off or at least not let it happen until a certain level.

Other than that really enjoying this game and would love to go VIP just not if I am going to lose stuff to other players.
