Keeps crashing on level 115 :/ won’t open the game!!!

It’s a great game when it works out well. It doesn’t give me the items needed for the play then it takes a life away that’s cheating plus I don’t pay money for coins I won that’s redundant. If you fix this problem I will continue to play otherwise it will be deleted and put as a false game

ADDS ADDS ADDS! Holy cow I’ve never seen so many adds. I would love it if there was a flat fee to remove adds. No game is worth a monthly subscription. I will still rate 5 stars because this game is so colorful and fun. Please make a one time add removal. 😍thank you developers. Nice fun game!👍
New levels?
For the last several days, bonus videos do not load. No chance of additional wheel spin, no bonus videos to watch to get a booster, no chance for additional plays…. Please fix or remove the “watch bonus videos” to the daily tasks.
Playing offline crashes after completing hard level
When playing offline (no internet connection), twice when I finished a hard level, it would crash. After relaunching the app, I have to redo the level.
It happened at 586 and 590. Recently it crashed on an easy level. I am holding off in playing until I have internet connection.

Problems with App
Over and over again I have never been able to use the app when you can pay to get three/five more turns or buy the hammer for 1 or 3 hammers. I have set some long wins only to lose it because the prompts to add a few more turns NEVER work. I am on a fixed income so I am unable to purchase more turns.
Please please fix this bug or whatever it is. My favorite game but not for long. And, perhaps you don’t care because I am not spending money.

Your update broke it.
There was an update a couple of days ago that broke the game. Two days ago, one of the levels wasn’t working properly, which eventually corrected itself. Yesterday, I had to restart every time I moved a level because it wouldn’t open the next level. Now I’m at the last level of a chapter, and it won’t load the last level. What the heck. Don’t push out an update that’s not ready. ETA- aaaaand it’s happened again as of 3/3/22. Now I have a level that literally freezes every time I’m about to clear it. I even wasted 100 coins to play on and it still froze. I want my coins back. Plus, the app help webpage is in Chinese and if you go to it, it causes your iPad to crash and restart. So that’s not at all creepy.

Love the game but hate the glitches.
I love this game but had to reinstall it twice after getting to 800+levels because of glitches. Now on my third try I'm finally in the midst of completing a level that took me a long time to conquer and the game just shuts down , takes me back to my Home Screen and I lose the level and all the help I had earned and was using for the level. It's so frustrating.

I think there’s an error with level 654, when you’ve knocked the green blocks out the way the free squares don’t fill up with colours making it impossible to pass
Disappointed
I really like playing but the game keeps freezing up on me. I tried exiting and restarting. Doesn’t work. Still freezing up. Closing my iPad and opening Nope. I deleted the game and had to start on game 1. I was on level 4300 plus Now I had to start over. Bummer.
