The My Support App empowers customers of integratedliving Australia and their family to communicate, manage and share information regarding their aged care services. Providing a transparent approach to aged care services, customers and family members can use the My Support App to: - Reschedule an integratedliving service or request a new service, - Provide feedback on a service, - Share service dates and times with nominated family members or carers, - Get reminders about when a staff member is due to visit, - Review schedule and confirm the dates and times for a services The My Support App is exclusively available to customers of integratedliving Australia. To activate an account integratedliving customers should ensure that their mobile phone number is registered with the integratedliving Customer Service Center on 1300 782 896. If customers do not have a mobile phone number or would like a family member to access their schedule then then they can provide their family member’s mobile number to integratedliving and we will grant them access. The My Support App does not replace the way customers or their family members currently contact integratedliving. Customers can still contact their Case Manager or our Customer Service Centre at any time. The My Support App is just another great way to communicate with each other and manage services in an easy-to-use application. The My Support App uses background location services to automatically check support workers in when they visit clients in the community. This app provided by hayylo and is free for use by invite users. All costs associated using the app are paid by the company that invites you to join. Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
