Unreliable tracking
I am using this ap because I am motivated by participating in the challenges my center offers. The ap is now needed to participate. It has been frustrating from the very start. Required to use the barcode to check in for credit is slow. It requires me to have my phone in hand and the sensor does not work quickly, as with the key tag. My main issue however, is that I am not getting consistent credit for my check ins. It is necessary for me to keep track of my visits and check the ap regularly for omissions. I have contacted support, as well as the front desk, numerous times. I have followed a list of suggestions given. I continue to have trouble. Support does reply promptly and they credit me for missing points. The trouble shooting however, is not working. Participating in challenges and earning points, should not be so time consuming and should not require an ap. Lastly, I now see that items originally available for earned rewards have been removed. My incentive no longer appears!! I would rate “0” stars, if that was an option.Show lessmotivated to quit

This app is ok, but I’m having it problems with it not registering my workouts. Also I took part in a challenge on the app to workout in the gym an amount of hours in one month in order to win reward points. I successfully completed the challenge but was never given the points from the app, and never received a reply from customer support when I asked why I hadn’t gotten my points. Great App
As others have posted, it would be great to get the ability to add my gym tag to the wallet app. Pretty easy to use interface and I’ll keep using this app for gym competitions. It may not be super useful otherwise as the activity app is my main stop for exercise related info, should they integrate the Apple activity app I’d be sold.Show lessNloporto

I love using this app. It’s easy to set up. It was definitely well planned and thought out. Great way to chart progress!!
I would like to have the ability to delete a workout for when I manually enter one that also comes off my Fitbit. I’d also like to have the list for manually entered workouts include specific classes by name rather than a generic choice. For instance, Body Pump rather than weight lifting.

Please add Apple Wallet option!
My gym has recently integrated this app and I love it! Rewards and getting points by working out is one of the best way to utilize gamification strategy.
One thing I would kindly ask is to add the ability to add membership card to Apple Wallet. It will be convenient to have the the membership card added in Apple Wallet, which will automatically show the barcode on the lock screen of my iPhone as I am entering the gym. Best Fitness App!!!
This is easily the best fitness app for an individual fitness center I’ve ever seen!! Easy to use, really comprehensive, full view of fitness class dates and times, even shows you the instructor! Can request a fitness evaluation from a trainer, can log my work outs, can even set goals for myself!! Really motivating!!!
