EPC Citizen Connect

The El Paso County, CO., Citizen Connect application allows anyone in El Paso County CO., to submit Service Requests for roads and parks within it's jurisdiction. * Inputting service requests couldn't be easier for our citizens. The app utilizes GPS tracking to automatically pinpoint the service request location and it allows citizens to upload a picture to show the specific issue. * Citizens can choose to register using their contact information, linking to FaceBook/GMail, or submitting tickets anonymously to the County. The advantage of registering is that Citizens can get status updates on their tickets through out the entire process. * Our Service Catalog provides our citizens with information on the various services, which can be serviced and provides expectations of service delivery.
