Can’t use in the app as it says not available in your area BUT is on website

This app is useless as it says when you put in the post code “not available in your area” BUT is available on line so WHY can’t they get their act together? The online version is so old fashion - like using in view and usage as an old website from 2000. My point is the website delivers to my area BUT the app does not. Unbelievable

We are working to launch it in other areas in Spain, as soon as possible, but we have to build the logistic centres needed for the new online shopping.
