Hi! The new service, at the moment, provides service in certain postal codes. We are working to launch it in other areas in Spain as soon as possible. You can register your email address at https://www.mercadona.es in the "Notify me" section and when the service is available in your area, we will inform you. This app is useless as it says when you put in the post code “not available in your area” BUT is available on line so WHY can’t they get their act together? The online version is so old fashion - like using in view and usage as an old website from 2000. My point is the website delivers to my area BUT the app does not. Hi! At the moment we provide service in certain postal codes of Valencia, Barcelona, Madrid and some towns in Alicante. We are working to launch it in other areas in Spain, as soon as possible, but we have to build the logistic centres needed for the new online shopping. For your area you can usually order through the classic website, https://www.telecompra.mercadona.es, you can call us to 900 500 103 and we will confirm if the service is available. Me encanta que por fin exista esta opción! Ya era hora! Sin embargo el mínimo de 50€ es demasiado para Mercadona, sólo puede salir rentable para familias o para parejas comilonas 🤣. Si vives sólo no puedes comprar en esta app, es por eso que le pongo un dos, ya que a mi no me sirve.
Añado también que siendo Valenciana y comprando en una tienda originariamente Valenciana, me duele ver que se ofrece la app en Catalán.... Juan Roig ahí te has pasado 🙈🤦🏽♀️
Por lo demás me encanta y ojalá que España se vuelva más eficiente en la compra online y existan más y más opciones que funcionen!Show lessLauralausiw

No localiza los códigos postales por lo que no deja utilizar la App, hay que hacer la compra online, que es súper incomodo porque no hay fotos de productos! Muy pesadoFresascnnata
Why only in Valencia?
Why just Valencia?when are you going to roll it out and include availability in all parts of Spain.
