Doesn’t work as expected
Unable to successfully make trips active and also end trips. App needs some work to function properly.

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO RENT A BOAT. I thought I had everything taken care of in renting a boat. Checked with site 4 months before rental. Again 2 months before. All good to go.
TWO F’ING DAYS THIS PATHETIC SITE INFORMED ME MY RENTAL WAS CANCELLED. No reason and no help in resolving.

Terrible App
I’m a boat owner and in theory the App serves to complete pre and post rental inspections. Neither work. What’s worse is my phone beeps all night reminding me to end the rental which of course is impossible given the bugs in the App. Lots of other problems too in trying to perform basic functions. Is there any sense of urgency to address this?

App need a lot of work
Website works well but uploading boat photos took a handful of attempts. Messages often don’t go through and i have to check in and check out the boat multiple times for it to work
Rude customer support, Glitchy app
You are forced to use only captains you don’t know that are registered with them to rent your boat
Great Service, App needs a lot of work.
My reco you use the boatsetter website until they work out the bugs. Just a few: messaging function crashes on many non-alpha characters, Pre-approvals don’t go through and no reason given, price not syncing with website account.
Notification issues
I’m a boat owner and use the website, which is great. The app however has issues especially with the notifications which will not stop even after you take action.
Not for renters
I thought this app would help me find a boat to rent so I was disappointed when it didn’t. I went back to read the description and it’s for boat owners to rent/manage their customers. It wld be nice if the app helped those looking to rent.
Gets stuck on the trips screen
First time I used the app, got stuck on a screen saying I had no upcoming trips. Doesn’t let me do anything to search for trips I can just edit profile or check my messages.
