Needs improvement despite many updates
Takes forever to upload photos and not only that, once you have edited and uploaded all 40 photos, it then decides to crash, the save button disappears and so on
Makes life harder
App always crashes, you have to upload pictures one by one which just takes forever
Slow to load
Recently tried taking photos of a car when you try uploading 30 at once takes ages to load to process then comes up with error message.
Needs group photo option
Works fine but takes so long to individually add photos of stock, one at a time just isn’t good time management and I can take pics of 10 cars in the time it takes to upload the pics of 1 car
Absolutely shocking
There’s no words for how difficult this shower of sh**e makes my work day now… every time there’s a new version it spends three/four days kicking you off the app after taking 15+ photos… meaning you have to start again! On the good days when it doesn’t do that you’re waiting 10+ minutes for everything to load/upload… honestly think it would possibly be quicker to buy a digital camera take all the photos for the day and spend an hour on pinnacle at the end of the day.

Shadow of its former self
Years of refinement and upgrades undone simply by now making the app useable when connected to company wifi. Meaning that everything that could be done on the pitch and at vehicles is no longer viable. Stock take has gone back to being a pen and paper or photos on phone affair, spec can’t be updated at the vehicle which was very handy if something had been missed at check in and photos/videos can’t be uploaded directly when outside and now has to be saved either to your phone or memory card if your site is lucky enough to have a camera and brought back in to upload. As you can do everything directly to the stock card on Pinnacle this app is now nothing more than a photo/video upload tool.

Good App but need Group Photo Adding
App works well and is much less hassle than loading pictures via the computer but group photo adding would save much more time than adding photos individually as it takes longer to add the photos than it does to take them. Hopefully pinnacle will add this soon
Stock +
App was a lot easier to use on iPad before orientation was locked. Any chance it could be changed back.

To be able to upload a photo to documents straight from iPad camera roll would be good instead of files
An essential easy to use tool - used company wide.
Fantastic tool and we use it in various depts.
Over the last 12 months it’s been refined/improved immeasurably.
Sales dept: Personalised videos, driving licenses (for demos), new and used car photos/videos for website.
Looking forward to “Background removal tool” which is rumoured to be released.
Sales Admin: V5 copies and other documentation storage.
Accounts/Sales: Stock taking is now an absolute dream scan the Vin and confirm.
