Software issues

It is great up to the point you want to save photos or a video. It will either take 10 minutes to save or the whole thing will log you out. You then have to start again. It really needs looking at guys. We don’t have time to wait for the upload or to start again, now we can’t upload on pinnacle.

Terrible App

Fails to upload videos saying ‘error loading page’ after 10- 20 minutes of waiting for the upload to get to 100%. When uploading more than 5 photos the app just closes and loses all the photos after waiting 10- 20 minutes. This app has become over complicated and unreliable.

Nice app but 16 image capacity isn’t enough

Limitation of only 16 images isn’t enough for today’s industry. This really needs increased. A minimum of 30 is needed. Ideally more.

Useless

Awful app, takes ages to load and doesn’t give any useful information about stock. All searches and information take ages to load through WiFi and 4G. It’s a new app and they haven’t even bothered to make it compatible with the iPhone X, back and menu buttons display in the “notched” area of the screen making it extremely difficult to click on either button.
