Update disaster
What has happened to this previously favourite game? I have been playing this for years and found it enjoyable and relaxing but it has been changed beyond all recognition. This is not the game I downloaded it is appalling. People who like pink bubbles etc ( little girls) will love the graphics but the word search aspect will be beyond them. I really don’t know what your target audience is now. Definitely not older people like me who are more loyal. I will be deleting.

Volume Control
The game is great to keep the mind active however the ads must get under control. Royal Match is the worst as it will go through as many as three ads before we get back to the game.
Additionally, the game volume should also be the control for the ads volume. I cannot enjoy this game in a waiting room or anywhere where there are other people (even my household when they are watching tv) because the ads come blaring on. I mute the game when I do not want to disturb others. Because the ads are so loud regardless of the setting for the game volume, I cannot play it.
Don’t let the ads ruin the game.

Addicted to this game.
Lots of fun. Lots of ads, but ya can pretty much ignore them. Not difficult to build up bonus points. I currently have a little over 216,000!
Now I have a bit of a problem. I played 10,115 rounds and it said there were no more puzzles and I could start again. It always says there are more puzzles coming soon, but they haven’t appeared. What is soon. The way it’s set now that I’m replaying I can’t get points for words that aren’t in the puzzle. This is how I was able to accumulate a lot
of points. Get more puzzles and get it back the way it was before I finished everything. Told you that I was addicted to it.

Waste of time due to adds
The developer has created this app to continuously make money. How? By selling coins! In order for you to play this app without those annoying 30 second ads, you need to pay with coins. Otherwise, be prepared to spend wasted time looking at ads. Every time you wish to reshuffle the letters, pay 50 coins, out of words, 50 coins. How do you earn coins? Pay a few dollars to get a few hundred. You can never make enough coins to play without interruption! Get the picture?
The theme for this app should be “how to annoy the player with 30 second ads” yes, the developer has often stated, you can purchase the “no ads” feature but, not all ads are eliminated. What? Why should I pay for no ads when not all of them are removed. This is just dumb

Suspicious / Dangerous Advertising Sites
I have been playing this game for years and love it. However, recently my Norton anti-virus software has been warning me of dangerous sites that appear via the advertising. Today I have received an advert that is 100% Chinese and Norton has gone into overdrive regarding “Dangerous Site” warnings. I’ve had to abort the Daily Puzzle and stop playing. I’ll try once more tomorrow but if I get one more warning from my anti-virus protection I’m deleting the app. Shame!

This game is amazing! 🤩
This game is actually addicting, unlike games like word story and escape room. This game has nice music, incredible themes, a jaw dropper amount of levels and a large variety of words! I literally can’t even get my eyes off this, even if I wanted to!

Too Many Ads and Game Flaws
Don’t get me wrong. The first 50 levels were fun, however the ads constantly after every screen of a short level was always frustrating. I legitimately spent more time watching ads for other games than I did playing the actual game. Became very bored after about 2-3 hours and upon reaching level 109 I feel this game is no longer worth it. There are too many times were ONCE AGAIN you are forced to watch ads because the game has a flaw and you NEED to shuffle. That is a flawed mechanic and pushes away people who aren’t going to pay to remove ads. Because some people just won't and I’m one of them. Unfortunately this game had a lot of potential but is going to be deleted by me now.

Used to be 5 stars ....
..... until the latest update. I used to enjoy doing the daily challenge which involved just one puzzle. Now it’s 5 (I think) - much simpler, but when you complete one, you have to sit through an ad. A really LONG ad. I understand everyone wants to make money, but this is totally over the top. I don’t have time for this - such a shame, but you’ve got greedy and I’m going to delete this app if changes aren’t made very quickly to reduce these ads.

OMG Too Many Ads
There is an ad at the bottom of the screen 📺 & Ads after every level. If you answer the phone 📱, receive a text, check your signal, or internet connection another ad (not short ads but long ads close to a minute). If the app is idle for a couple of seconds another ad, not short ads but ads that last up to 60 seconds. Another problem is that you can’t ‘x’ out of the ad, the ad will go to either the App Store or to the website pertaining to the ad. Ads during game play also come up, an ad came up while selecting a word. Also the app becomes non responsive & have to close out of the app. No way to close out if the ad doesn’t play. The daily games are now broken down into five smaller games. With an ad before the game and after each level in the game, just another way to play more ads. Also if you mistakenly touch the ad at the bottom of the screen, the app will go to the page of the ad & when you press “done” another ad appears and you have to wait for the ad to finish before returning to the game. The view videos for points is placed too close to the ads located at the bottom of the screen & is just another way to force you to view more ads. Don’t like the new daily games, takes too long to complete the game. This app went from a good app to basically just a app full of ads, the ads are longer than the actual game.

Please note that the NO ADS feature won't block ads under the SHUFFLE&CLUE button as well as the Double video after you finish several puzzles. Freezing
Love this game. But since updating it, it will show an ad after finishing a level and the screen will go black and I have to close it off every time just to play the next level. Getting annoying.
