New update battery issue
The app has always worked great for me until I have done the recent update
The battery power indicator has disappeared so I don’t know when they are low enough for me to change the batteries
I’m litterly just guessing when I need to change them... can this be looked into
As it is a very obvious important feature

Hi, The disappearance of battery picture is intentional as it wouldn't always show the right amount of battery left and lead to confusion. The battery indicator still pops up, but only when the battery is low. We are working on bringing it once we fix the issue
Works. But could be better.
Seems pretty reliable. Although sometimes the volume level keeps jumping back when you try to increase it.
Shame the app has ugly white bands at the top and bottom on any recent iPhone.
I also wish I didn’t always have to tap past the initial splash screen every single time. Please just take me straight to the controls.

Good app but battery indicator could be improved
I think the Bluetooth app is good. Unfortunately the battery indicator doesn’t seem to go down bar by bar. Instead its either full or just empty. Even when it’s on empty, bear can still be on but I don’t know when the battery will completely run out. Have had to go in to retrieve the bear whilst baby is sleeping, with white noise app playing on mobile phone and change battery.

Useful but lots of room for improvement
This app is really useful to remote control the myHummy. Honestly at 3am when the baby stirs its well worth the extra money not to have to move much!
However, the app itself isn’t fantastic. After using it for a week, my suggested improvements would be to:
1. Clarify each white noise sound with more than just a picture. Honestly, some of them need clarifying!
2. Improve the connection / delay between pressing the volume up and down and it amending what it is set to on the app. If you press volume up or down too quickly it doesn’t remember what you want it set to and you have to let it “work” through each volume level before you get the desired volume level.
3. Probably my most important recommendation - have the timer update so you know how long is left before it switches off! Sometimes baby stirs before the timer goes off and then I don’t know how long is actually left if I’ve fallen back to sleep.
Overall I’m pleased I went with the Bluetooth version but just hoping that myHummy improve the app over the next few months.

Very useful but app now has issue
The recent app updates seem to have caused an issue. Myself and my partner both have the app installed and use it to control the device. However the issue we now have is that it remembers if it was on or off per installed app.
This means if I turn it on. Then my partner then later opens the app on their device (but they had been the last to turn it off) it can sometimes turn the hummy off before even getting to the volume control.
It didn’t do this prior to recent updates.

Needs improvements
The app is fine, it gets the job done but I feel like your using the controls blind. There is no guide to tell you what everything means or what each function does or how it works. I think there needs to be some kind of walkthrough or a FAQ section. It also needs more writing, the sounds should be labelled, it should say on or off for each function to. The timer needs a countdown so you know it’s actually playing and how long it has left to play, there’s nothing to show you it’s actually playing if your in another room you’ve got no idea.

Bluetooth my hummy
I do my the idea of my hummy. The Bluetooth version, I bought for the idea of not having to disturb my daughter by adjusting volume or turn on and off..it is fantastic when it does actually work!! the app keeps freezing and there for I have to mess around with the hummy teddy to adjust or turn on and off.. loosing the Bluetooth control is annoying, considering how much these teddy’s are, some more thought into updating the app to remove this problems would be ideal.. very frustrating to say the least!

Fab product
Such an amazing buy. Little one loves the heart beat sound and settles as soon as she hears it. Love that it comes back on to settle her when she stirs at night. Only thing that puzzles me is what the nanny part of the app is?!? Highly recommend this product to anyone wanting something to settle little ones.

Fantastic!
Not only do I love the product I also love the app. It’s very user friendly and allows for remote control of the device. Easy to understand and even easier to use - even different colours on each section (which comes in handy during the night!).
Have you thought about putting a countdown timer into the app so as you know how long it’s been running for out of your selected time?

Works fab with toy
The app is a brilliantly essential addition to the Myhummy teddy. It has all the features you need so don’t have to touch the toy or disturb the baby. Only thing miss is a countdown timer to see how long is remaining after you have set the sound for a specific time
