Long Payment Method
It takes way too long to make one payment using the app. You have to approve and confirm the payment up to five times before it is actually taken. If a new customer does not know this, they will be charged a late fee. Also, they were charge a fee for sending a third-party to your home to check and see if you actually lived there after 30 days. even after the bank teller and the online customer service have spoken to you before the payment went late, they automatically set up that third-party to come to your home, verify you live there and charge you for that third-party for coming out to your home.
