Long Payment Method
It takes way too long to make one payment using the app. You have to approve and confirm the payment up to five times before it is actually taken. If a new customer does not know this, they will be charged a late fee. Also, they were charge a fee for sending a third-party to your home to check and see if you actually lived there after 30 days. even after the bank teller and the online customer service have spoken to you before the payment went late, they automatically set up that third-party to come to your home, verify you live there and charge you for that third-party for coming out to your home.Show lessLLCRay

I absolutely love this app!! It’s much approved and therefore very easy to keep up with all of your accounts. Also love it that I no longer have to balance my checking account and can transfer money easily. It’s all done there for you. They got it right! I love Rally and would bank with no one else. Even though I live out of state, I am still using them as my financial institution. Great job!!Show lessTxfin

So easy to use & very convenient..But lately it’s been lacking this last 6 months & doesn’t show up like it usually would when charged something. Also when it was navy army I let them know not to allow anything to be charged if I didn’t have the funds so I won’t be charged extra & now out of no where I’m
