I have entered with so many accounts and each time it still asks you to login and doesn’t accept previous accounts!! Even it doesn’t accepts the one time pass code that is sent to your mobile number! Then how you make the rules to scan? It’s not our job to fix it!

Hi, Refresh the ticket when the internet is turned on. Time should match with validator time. please try these steps While validating the ticket, no VPNs should be turned on. Press the online recharge option on the validator. Tap your QR ticket on the validator for a few seconds you will receive your pending balance. please don't hesitate to reach out to us via phone at 4458 8888
