Amazing!
This is a GREAT watch I got it with money I earned but I do wish it had a few different things I wish the charger was like my iPhone one and a plug and a bit longer so it could also track my sleep but it is an amazing watch and I highly recommend it for ALL AGES I love vampires and changed the screen to my fav emoji! It allows you to do a lot of stuff but it is a pain to get back I didnโt mean to press reset and had to work on it for a few days to get back on but other than that it is a great watch.

Not reliable
The three main functions I purchased for: Alarm, Sleep Monitor, Step Monitor - are all three wildly inaccurate/unreliable. I understand the device is very entry-level and one shouldnโt have too high of expectations- but for even the alarms not to go off is extremely disappointing. Save your money to afford something better instead of buying this, because inaccurate data is worse than none at all.

Great APP
I was having trouble for about a week trying to fix my time, music and messages. I was trying to disconnect my alarms and lost everything. I reset the watch and it didnโt work but realized everything had to be restarted. First I powered down my watch. Then I went to Bluetooth and choose forget this device. And last step I deleted the Heroband III APP. Turn everything back on and now it works excellent.

I have followed all instructions and while its connected via my bluetooth on my iPhone, it states it is disconnected in the app - it will not work on my phone
Blood pressure
My blood pressure is not working and it wonโt forward to the next screen
Watch display nothing after updating new dial face
I was able to connect watch and then I tried to install a new dial face. App showed success but then I my watch display is blank and couldn't connect to app anymore. Watch is not vibrates and shows green light on back side. Is there any way to reset watch or have it connected with app again
I did love my watch but
the only thing wrong with it is when you are out side and you want to see the time you canโt. It is to dark.

Amazing
Itโs not an Apple Watch or a brand, so itโs not going to be that quality, but for the price the watch is absolutely great! The app is easy to use and clear, as well as doing a lot! The watch is also easy to use, I have only ever encountered one problem of the weather disappearing, but all I had to do was turn the watch off and on and it worked again. Would 100% recommend!! X

Garbage
Worked great for two weeks, but now the app and the watch are showing 2 different times, and both are incorrect. Nothing Iโve been able to do seems to correct it. Crapola
