Not working
The game is not working on IPhone 11 pro max, iOS 13.1.3. If you have the same iPhone don’t even bother to download it! Scam!Женечка1107
Very disappointed - 6 tickets open since July
I play on iOS on my iPad and I have had multiple issues with this game since July 2019. First of all, I can no longer add friends (even though I was able to add them previously in the game), I received key quests for the back yard which this version does not have, then after that I received key quests for the Children’s room which is another area the iOS version does not have access to yet. I have not had any quests to complete since July other than the downpour event that just finished. I have made numerous attempts to get help with these issues since July and have opened 6 tickets. I have not received a response to ANY of them. I even tried posting issues on the game Facebook page and all they told me was to open another ticket with support. The game hasn’t been connected to the server for over a week now. Thank god I did not spend any money to buy gold to play this game. Can’t connect to server
Game was working fine until today. It keeps saying it can’t connect to the server. I’ve hit refresh, unloaded and downloaded again about 4-5 times. When this gets fixed, I’ll change the rating. Thank You!Colemays
Great, BUT...
Like many others before me, I’m having way too many problems technically. Losing connection all the time, no-go areas that should not be. Problems posting to Facebook...it just freezes constantly and immediately. Can’t make friends...the list goes on and on. If so many of us are saying the same things, maybe you should go back to the drawing board and not release a product without thorough testing. Spoils what could be an awesome game. I ended up downloading the first one but I’m having similar problems with that too. Booooo!👎🏻 not happy...

So, it’s been a while, panic room 1 has just crashed after I bought £2.99 and £18.99. Like an IDIOT i made the mistake of buying gold coins. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, and I’m going to bin this game for good as I downloaded it twice, the first time I got to level 25 of freedom...sort it out pls. Sorry, this was the only way to complain as I can’t open the game in any way.Show lessTootyMcfruity
Addictive but frustrating
I’ve found myself addicted to this game however I’m frustrated by a couple of issues. Mainly the ‘timed’ mode ie 15 seconds to clear a room - how does that work? I’m on the verge of abandoning the game which will be a shame. Also while the game is loading helpful tips appear on a banner but it disappears after a couple of seconds - not enough time to read them I’m afraid.Show lessHOSmonkey

Dear player, when you enter the room in this mode you will have only 15 seconds to pass the room but each object you find will add 3 seconds in time. You can use chronometer to slow down the time and lasers(triple lasers, electromagnet and other tools) to find objects more quickly (these items are given in rewards for collections or you can bye them in the store).Slow play

Loving the game but a few issues
Ever since I started playing The Panic Room on Facebook I became addicted.
So when I saw The Panic Room 2 I was surprised and had to get it and play on it on my iPad
But the issue I am having is that the game freezes and even with the update the game still freezes and it is slow plus every time I go to the home screen on my iPad and return to the game it says connection lost reconnecting.
So I would like this issue to be sorted
But other that that I still give it a 5 star for the gameShow lessMonika645

Love this game. Great challenges. Play both the one on Facebook and this one...only thing the one on Facebook book won’t work since the last updatecinta1956
