  • App does not work: address fail

    When trying to enter a delivery address it pops up error messages, regardless of location activation being on or off.

    This is the worst app I have ever used. Going to put the public market out of business. It should not be THIS BAD still
  • Worst Restaurant App I’ve Ever Used

    I’m pretty tech savvy but this app is ridiculous. Not user friendly at all. I was trying to pick up food at the Santa Barbara Public Market on my way to Los Angeles and it kept asking for my address even though I was picking up. I had to put in a fake address and then just trying to get to Empty Bowl was like trying to find a diamond in a bag of dirt. Rather than let me type in the name of the restaurant I had to school through all the individuals inside the Market and find this one in a challenging menu layout. Giant fail. If I didn’t love those noodles so much I would have skipped the stop entirely. Ordering pick up food should not be this difficult.

  • Delivery Fee is 6$

    I wish this would have had a better come up. It’s just hard to want to buy anything when the delivery fee is 6$

    I would recommend this delivery service. They go above and beyond to make sure your delivery is done in a timely manner. Also the app is user friendly.

    I started using Restaurant Connection before the quarantine and during. I often order lunch and have never been disappointed!! Always on time and very friendly drivers. I will continue to use them. The app is also very convenient as I do not always have access to a computer. Thank you!!!
  • DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

    Stop. Just don’t. Don’t download app. Sure as heck don’t give me our credit card information. Terrible service doesn’t even begin to explain it. Lied to me repeatedly on order status, 3 hours late and blamed restaurant. Restaurant said “your order is prepared and has been sitting for almost 3 hours.” Third rate company, deceptive practices.

  • Terrible Service and even worse response time.

    This service is horrible. I placed the order at 5:19 with an estimated delivery time of 6:34.

    I called the restaurant at 6:18, because of the other awful reviews for this service, just in case. Sure enough, the restaurant hadn’t seen anything.

    I called Restaurant Connection to figure out what was going on. They had not even sent out the order to the restaurant.

    THEN I spoke with Shawna, who was extremely rude after I asked to have the delivery charge taken off. She hung up on me without confirming the charges had been removed.

    They provide terrible service. I am still sitting here without my food which is allegedly “out for delivery”. I don’t expect they’ll be around in a year.

  • Not great

    Food was estimated to be delivered at 7 pm and was delivered 2 hrs hours later. Made 2 calls to them about 1/2 an hour apart and each time they said that the driver was on their way...
  • Broken and slow UI

    Would not recommend. The app stated that my order was processed and received but when I arrived at the restaurant, they told me they never received the order. We had to reorder when we got there.
