We booked through the app to store luggage at 9am the following morning. We selected a place nearby that was listed as a hotel, which is as much information as you can see before booking. Once we had paid, the ‘hotel’ actually turned out to a small shop, which had under 1 Star on Google reviews, with most reviews calling the owner a scammer. Unlike other similar apps I’ve used, there is no option to refund, so I contacted customer service. To their credit, they got back to me promptly and rebooked our bags at alternate place. We had no say in where this was. We were told the new place was open 24 hours, so would be ready for our luggage at 9am. The next morning came and we went to the new place at 9am, to discover it actually didn’t open until 11am. So we had to sit about for 2 hours with our luggage in the rain before we could drop our bags off. The actual process of leaving and collecting them was handled well by the place. When I contacted customer support about our booking from 9am not being fulfilled, they said as we had used some of the booking, that they could give a refund. I would recommend any of the other luggage storage apps over this one. They seem intent on keeping your money no matter how much they screw you over.
