  • Hard to find, but worth it

    It was very convenient to have luggage storage at the train station (the official trenitalia site says there is none.) The online reservation for our bags was easy. However, I spent over an hour trying to find the location! The geolocation feature in the app gives a location in the shopping mall across the street from the station (incorrect!). There should be clear instructions about where this service is located. As you enter the train station main door, the baggage drop is in the small convenience store (edicola), in between the door to the platforms and the coffee shop on the left. Show the cashier your reservation receipt and leave your bags with him/her.

  • Great Idea

    I’ve spent the last 2 weeks traveling around Ireland. We scheduled a short side trip to the UK but didn’t want to take all of the luggage with us. Found the app and it saved us! We were able to drop 5 large suitcases, felt comfortable leaving our belongings and were able to grab them when we returned.
    This is one of the greatest travel finds. There are lots of places to drop and the price is great.

  • Be careful: they work with sketchy hostels

    Don’t use this service in Mexico otherwise you will get scammed. I rarely write a review but this business will put you in trouble if you use it in Mexico. Apparently they randomly select hotels and hostels and don’t do a background check. First when you use the app, they don’t show the name of the hostel in purpose, after you pay, the name appears then you have no choice. I used this app to store my package while I was traveling in Mexico and it turned out that the hostel was some sort of mafia. I came the other day to pick up my luggage and the hostel refused to give it to me unless I pay extra money. I have footage of that sketchy hostel asking for extra money and sent it to Radical storage and they completely ignored my email. They put me in a dangerous situation and took my money. What’s worse than this? Business like Radical Storage shouldn’t exist.
