UI layout improvements needed

Great App from a Great Service. However, to hit the magic 5 stars. The UI layout needs improving for iPad. Firstly, the rotation needs to be allowed. At present it’s looked to only allow portrait mode. Secondly, the side panel (with user & home tabs) needs to be set to. Either pop-out or auto-hide. Allowing for more screen space to view content with greater ease. This would also help, with viewing screenshots. As presently, this is only viewable in a squished side of the screen & not very clear. Maybe in future, this complete service can be absorbed into the existing Xbox App, for that “one” experience. Where’s the ultimate version, this one keeps losing connection?

Needs a Games Leaving Soon Notification

Really good app for this, easy to use if a bit slow. Easy to set up a playlist, see rewards and just browse and download from. Easier than using he console.
What it’s really missing IMO though is a notification option to give you a heads up when a game is leaving the service within a month. This would be very very useful! I’ve missed a few games which I didn’t realise were leaving the service which I would have prioritised if I knew and would have probably bought at the reduced price. Add that option and it’s a 5 star app.

So cool!

Love that you can install games to your Xbox from app! By the time I got home I didn’t have to wait! Game was ready to play :)

Xbox

I’m in love with my Xbox so it’s great that I can download my games from anywhere now

This app is great!

I love that I can browse and install games in the Game Pass Library from my phone 10x faster then when I’m on my Xbox. I have seen one issue though. My playlist on my phone shows the games that I’ve installed via my phone, and it shows a status that they have been installed. When I open the app up on my iPad it shows the same list but the status states that they are ready to install, even though I got a notification on my iPad that the installation finished. The apps or third-party notices shows that you’re using firebase so I’m not sure why it’s out of sync.

Keep up the good work!

Game Pass is great!

While not giving you access to every game in the XBox library, Game Pass gives you access to plenty of well known titles and big blockbuster hits plus less well known games at, what I consider, to be a great price point. New titles are constantly been added each month to keep you interested. I am loving it.

One caveat is the need for a decent internet connection to allow for the speedy download of games that you want to play. The games you download from Game Pass remain part of your local gaming library whilst you remain subscribed to Game Pass.

For me, Game Pass really does represent the Netflix of games for gamers playing under the XBox banner.

Super Value

Great games being added all the time, best value for money gaming service available.

Gamepass is like the Netflix of gaming.

Gamepass is like the Netflix of gaming. This progressive service model coupled with Microsoft’s purchase of several new gaming studios provide a clear view of Phil Spencer’s (Head of XBox) vision. This long game view of the Xbox not only positions the company for an increase in market share in the next generation but it pushes the entire video game industry to the next level. From indies to triple A and even the newly coined quadruple A Microsoft seems to have it covered. With something for every type of gamer packaged up in the form of top of the line hardware, PC, mobile, and entry level devices Gamepass is a service that should be part of every gamers wish list now and for years to come.

Have not been on Xbox for years, and now...

.... I am back. I truly find game pass to be amazing.

I love that I can download games from my phone. Also, being that I have not played since Xbox 360 was pretty new, I love that I have access to so many good games without having to go out and buy them. Instead I just pay a subscription fee that most could afford, download, and play.

Getting an Xbox One X was exciting enough. Then finding out I could have access to so many games without having to buy them all was truly amazing!!!
