  • Audio volume stuck and can’t change it

    Worked fine to begin with but the general volume dial has stopped working and the app doesn’t seem to be able to help with this. No help from online so will need to get a new headset. Shame as I liked my first turtle beach headset.

    They’re great works amazing, has great quality. Only thing i don’t like is when you have it connected to multiple things like an xbox and say your out on your patio listening to music with it, sometimes it just playing the connecting beep beep, can be very annoying. Only seems to happen at a certain distance from the Bluetooth usb
