Audio volume stuck and can’t change it
Worked fine to begin with but the general volume dial has stopped working and the app doesn’t seem to be able to help with this. No help from online so will need to get a new headset. Shame as I liked my first turtle beach headset.Fraser C4

Great product
They’re great works amazing, has great quality. Only thing i don’t like is when you have it connected to multiple things like an xbox and say your out on your patio listening to music with it, sometimes it just playing the connecting beep beep, can be very annoying. No volume option
I’ve got the stealth 700 gen 2 max Xbox and the master volume wheel doesn’t do anything and there is no option in the app to do it either like it shows in all the pictures on the App Store. Worst firmware I’ve ever experienced and settings reset every time I turn the headset on forcing me to use the app all the time as it also changes mic settings whenever you mute it. Doesn’t connect to headset
Considering £130 price tag, this is a poor show. My stealth gen 2 connects to my phone via Bluetooth but the app can’t find the headset.
Very little to no support online, just unhappy customers.
Tried troubleshooting with no results. For example, forgetting device in Bluetooth and reconnecting, recovering headset on windows using the Audio Hub there, holding the mode and Bluetooth button down to do a hard rest.
Tried giving feedback in the app when it prompted me to give it, but it didn’t let me send the feedback so you 1 star.

UPDATE DOESNT WORK. Game chat stopped working.
Game chat stopped working. Was only able to communicate through party chat on Xbox. Tried to finally do the update to fix game chat issue. NEEDS A PC to do the update. Is it not 2024?!. Used to do it through the Xbox settings on previous turtle beach headsets. How come the Turtle Beach Control Center 2 app cannot update the headset?. How come the app from the phone or tablet cannot update the headset?.
Went over to my parents and borrowed my dads laptop to do the update. Downloaded it to his laptop and it says it’s updated.
Got back home powered on the Xbox. Launched the app on my phone, says it still need the update. I dismissed it thinking it just a pop up. Still didn’t work. Tried playing multiple games to see if it worked for game chat and it still doesn’t pick up my mic. I can hear the game but mic does not work. Only in party chat. Makes playing cross-play annoying cannot hear anyone. Any fix for this?.Show lessray2494
Works great
I used my mac to update the headset and experienced all the issues people was complaining about. After connecting the headset by the USB dongle, USB C cord, and blue tooth it let me update with no issues at all! Extremely happy since I didn't have to hunt down my windows computer just to update the firmware to these headset. (Stealth 700 gen 2 MAX) I hope this review helps others who are having this problem aswell!Show lesssean220798
Wheel Function
Everytime i turn my headset off the wheel function changes from what i want it to be on chat volume , it changes to mic monitoring and won’t let me adjust party chat volume. thing is absolute junkJimmy bob dumb

First pair I received the volume wheel was stiff. Took it back and received a new headset. Works great. Money well spentSandooooooo
