  • Won’t load data

    Like others have mentioned, data takes forever to load after my ride. It’s too bad because I have both my bikes recorded ride history in the app. I wish Specialized would put some effort into making the app little more functional.
  • App doesn’t load bike data or history

    Is this app not updated any more? Until about a year ago the app worked perfectly fine. Then problems with loading ride history and bike data arose. It took unusual long to load the information. Meanwhile it stopped loading data at all. Dear developers, can you fix the issues, because I really like the app.

  • Won’t connect to Strava or show my ride history

    I got this app to connect to my crash sensor, and recently tried to connect it to Strava so that I could post the ride data. It will not open my activity, I just get a constant loading circle. When I try to connect to Strava it gets stuck sending me back and forth to the Strava app without ever actually connecting. I wish I could just connect the sensor to my Apple Watch and have it run through apple fitness, as this app chews through data and battery in the background just to allow me to use a device I had to pay $50 for. I love Specialized, I’ve ridden one for 15 years, but some tech support is greatly needed.

  • App is a hassle to use for community rides

    When ever you try to open the community tab and choose your location nothing is displayed for almost 5 minutes. I just want to see what rides are happening near me and it’s incredibly frustrating.
  • Lockup

    App locks up when I try to enter my bike details. Have tried many times.
  • Field positions

    I like to rearrange the fields on the screen so Distance is on top. The app doesn’t keep my changes so I have to rearrange the fields each time the app is opened. Can you update the app to save the field settings? Thanks.
  • Needed for Angi

    I downloaded this mostly for the Angi crash sensor integration, but as a ride tracking app, it’s reasonably ok. Suggestions to make it even better (hope the devs are reading this): (1) make the “in ride” on screen buttons bigger and easier to tap when cycling, (2) currently the app auto pauses recording as soon as you stop moving. Suggest an option to turn this on and off - allow download and saving of maps for offline use, (3) don’t allow the iPhone to go to sleep while the app is running

  • Works well, support is outstanding

    The app works well and does what it needs to do.

    I had a perceived issue that my phone would go to sleep while the app was up making it so I couldn’t see the app while I was riding.

    I submitted a bug report through the app and I was emailed back quickly saying there was a setting that could be changed to prevent that.

    Moral of the story is that I’m dumb, the app is good and the support team is awesome.

  • Meh…if there was a Apple Watch version it’d be rad

    Part of heading out on the bike is escape…the fact this app is phone based at this stage in the game makes it just OK. Seems like I’m not in a obscure minority on the desire of an Apple Watch version so hopefully you all with get this launched soon. Dig my Specialized Diverge Evo Expert though - a ton!

  • Can’t sign in.

    So Specialized decided to make you sign in the the app which is connected to my helmet. Unfortunately their app doesn’t work when I try to sign in. It says that it doesn’t have me listed. But when I go to set up a new account using my email address it says there is someone already using that email address. Yup it’s me using the email address that Specialized recognize when I try to log in.
