Won’t connect
This app doesn’t connect with any of our iPhones.
App is terrible
I was able to transport videos one time with the app, the next week nothing is working. I bought this with the intention of creating highlight tapes for the kids on my team and this app has been more of a headache than anything. Going to return this and buy a better camera that actually works. Save your money and time.

Wi-fi connection to eye piece drops frequently. In the FAQ page it says to avoid areas where there are a lot of wifi routers, but that would mean the device is not usable at a home where there are many other homes. This is impossible. This can’t possibly be a difficult firmware update fix. Why not fix it quickly to no to avoid more bad reviews.

Could not get it to connect to iPad
This app was the one the instructions said to down load for a WiFi camera that attaches to a telescope. I tried all sorts of things to get this to work. I could not. The device puts out a WiFi signal just fine. I was able to connect my iPad to the WiFi signal just fine. I was able to install the app onto the iPad just fine. I could not get the app to recognize the device no matter what. Ugh. I was so looking forward to this new toy.

App needs improvement
I wish there is ability to take long exposure so that it can be used for astrophotography.
Finally got it to work.
Instructions on the manual for the eyepiece camera aren’t complete. I had to play around with the app settings in my phone settings and finally figured out the steps I needed to take to connect the camera to the app. I turned cellular data off within my phone settings for the app and turned on the location to “while using the app.” It works great now. Camera is of good quality and has good clarity. The app is easy to use and I’m able to switch from video to photos very quickly.

Doesn’t work
Purchased a wifi telescope camera that is used with this app. Doesn’t work at all on iOS 17.2.1 even though it specifically states that this camera “will work on iOS 7.0 or later”. It connects but has no internet connection. The camera is on and it just shows a black screen with a thinking / loading spinning wheel. No images show. I have tried many times to reset and nothing has helped. Horrible.
