Drivers don’t use the app
Every time I order a taxi, I get a call from the driver asking where I am. I tell them the location is in the app but they don’t know how to find it, so then they cancel. I just tried for over an hour to get a car, with at least 10 drivers canceling after calling me.
Typically once you’re in the car they’ll also ask where you’re going, as if it weren’t in the app either.

Friendly ride
Arrived on time and made the trip easy, knows the location well
Latest UI fails to be intuitive
The default home screen is not that of a ride share app. You should be one click away from entering your destination instead of clicking on "order ride" then entering destination. Order ride is a button that should only be shown once all the ride details have been entered not as a gateway to hail a ride.
