Do not buy!!! Seriously
Do not, Do not, Do not… buy this product. It doesn’t work as stated.
I’m saving you time and money… believe me.
After spending two-three hours installing and following the horrible directions I was able to get all the lights installed.
Well, the app and all the light changing do not work. The app is garbage and plain simple doesn’t work.
Trust me spend your money getting something else.
This product is a waste of time and money.
Some of the good reviews talk about the installation process, yes it’s ok to installed. But what is the purpose of installing something that at the end it doesn’t work.
I will be taking this garbage out and returning it all.

Open the app use it and cannot get back one have to delete and download every time

Does not work. Whip bar won’t turn off or change colors. Have to unplug to turn off. Threw in garbage.Caprikorn2
Don’t buy
Just bought these rgb whips and they turn on and look great, but can’t control them…… the app instantly crashes as soon as you open it! I read it’s a major problem from the manufacturer. I just bought the whips and a sound bar for my sxs, and i will be returning BOTH tomorrow…. PatheticDging3rman

Add music to library
Only about 5 songs came up to play along with whip lights, don’t even see a option to add more.. need helpteryx22
App not turning on
After getting the lights installed and downloading the app. Directions say to make sure the switch icon is turned on, but when I click on it to turn on it just goes right back to off. So I can not get it to connect to Bluetooth therefore stuck on one color.Cabal613

Change the music
This app works great. Does everything it says. I just want to know once you get it loaded and the music loads how do you change the music. It loaded the wrong music and I need to change it. Please help.DeDe J M.
Won’t find Bluetooth or connect to phone
Hooked everything up, everything has power. Have new IPhone. Won’t find Bluetooth. Have disconnected/connected. Reinstalled. Still won’t find Bluetooth device. Tried on other phones. Saw someone say with IOS14 they couldn’t connect either. Someone needs to update the app or something. Very irritating to run everything and install everything to have it not connect.
