This is simple and easy to use. No in-app purchase which for me is turn off. This app helps me track my fasting easily. I recommend this from beginners to advanced people!

Excellent app

This is a FREE fasting app. There aren’t many bells and whistles. No links to articles that you need to read. No fancy-shmancy add-ons that you need to pay for. Just a SIMPLE and MINIMALIST app that does exactly what I need to do - track my intermittent fasting hours.

Doesn’t allow manual stop for fast

The timer just stops once you’ve reached a goal. It doesn’t allow you to turn this feature off so you can manually stop the timer on the real time you stop fasting.

Confusing sometimes

It takes awhile to figure out, and sometimes it won’t do what you want it to do. It’s better after getting the hang of it. But what do you want for nothing?

Please add unlimited hours

Please give the option to add more than 24 hours. Some of us fast for seven days or more
