  • Never loads

    I’m sure it would be just super awesome if it would…just…. load….
    The spinning lv Diamond keeps on spinning forever and nothing happens.
    Very disappointing considering all the hype over it.
    I’d have given a negative five review if that was possible.
  • Can’t change my subscription

    Since I got this new update of the app, I have no idea how to change or add to my subscription. Please help.
  • LifeVantage App Is Cool; User Friendly!

    I am enjoying using the LifeVantage app to set up all of my personal information as well as preparing to contact my prospects via the Prospects tab of the People tab. Looking forward to this venture. So far I have found this app very user friendly and inspiring for my beginners journey!
  • Add multiple contact

    It will be better if we can import multiple or all contact as an option, rather than one by one. If possible also link Messenger contact to here, that will be awesome.
  • Import Facebook Contacts

    The new update is much improved and I love that so much is in the library to use and share. It would make it even easier for us if we could have Facebook messenger integration so we could get follow up cards if we share via my and without the need to ask for a phone # or email. That or the ability to create a prospect and not have to have a phone or email.

  • Glitchy and slow :(

    This app has the potential to do so much good- I wish it would actually open on my phone! I’ve reinstalled it several times, and it’s better at first, but within a couple weeks it’s just stuck on the loading screen all over again.
  • Needs more work

    There is no log out feature. Once in aways in. I have to delete and re- load the app to log out.
    Adding contacts has seems cumbersome and takes forever spinning to connect with them. The card feature that tells you when there is a missed shipment. Doesn’t give me the names of the people (or initials) of who needs contacting.
    It directs me to my whole list of contacts to guess.
    The videos have not been updated in a long time. There are no useful features or motives for someone being in the field longer then 60
    Days to continue to use it. Only the very new benefit and get motivated by getting free company given customers.
    Needs:
    Quality sharables of the products for social media.
    Medical professionals talking about the science to share. Not just employees of the company.
    Solid compensation plan training.
    A an overview with the new company slides.

    Other companies have apps that are actually the phone number of the person sending it. Not a random number. It can be done.

  • Connects the dots

    This app has helped insurmountably and it’s like having a personal secretary reminding you to follow up. When I saw that all of the customers and distributors that I engaged back in 2012 that I get paid on every month had populated in my database it was like a dream come true. I just recently discovered the loyalty program and now I’m calling everyone to tell them about. Even though I’m currently retired this apps has given me the confident to finally relaunch my lifevantage distributorship and build with my lifevantage family.

    Yes! Love that we have this app! Can’t wait to see how effective it wi be with taking care of my customers. There’s room for improvement but for starters they’re on the right track! What I love so far is when prompted to send an email to a customer you can edit the pre filled out message and it’s linked to your own email. 😊
