Damaged wall / customer service didn’t care

I purchased template tiles and when I hung them up two tiles kept falling off the wall ultimately damaging the tiles. So I decided to remove the tiles from the wall and place them in a different room. Upon removing the biggest tile the sticky part stuck to the wall and refused to come off. Now I have sticky residue on my wall that I cannot get off… I reached out to customer service hoping they would give some advice on how to get the sticky residue off and a refund since two of the three tiles were now damaged. I received an email back that basically said they are not responsible for any damage to your wall and sorry for the inconvenience… no tips on how to remove the adhesive or I’m so sorry that happened to you here is a credit for the next time you come back or here’s a refund for the tiles that got damaged.. absolutely nothing. With that being said I’ll never purchase from them again. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service.

Excellent value a free tile every month means you. Get four really superb photo tiles with photos from your phone or iPad for just £24!!!
Tiles are strong plastic with four sticky things which can be stuck to the wall and then adjusted or removed without removing paint etc. Any Freeprints products are wonderful quality and great value. So do check out your deals which come up when you purchase Freeprints photos, cards or photobooks. A fantastic way of keeping treasured photos safe and they make lovely and unique gifts

Amazing company

I have been using free tiles along with free prints and free Photobooks for awhile now and have taken advantage of the free tile plus the low price extra tiles you can purchase as well as the free prints. No matter how many you order the shipping remains the same making them great value for money. I’ve had 5 of the smaller tiles and one large one done and all are wonderful quality with vivid colors and they are fully customizable you can have names added to them in any color and in various writing styles for a truly customized keep same either for yourself or as a gift. I will be ordering from them for all my photo needs in the future. The free photo gifts are beautiful with the option to purchase other photo gifts at low prices without sacrificing the quality of much more expensive places. With gifts for all occasions this is a truly amazing company.

Help Chat

The first guy A who helped me did very little-wanted my cc information to check double billing! I’m traveling-besides it’s on record! I contacted my Pay Pal account and complained of a double charge! Then I contacted you guys again in a chat with K-he/she went into my account to check my order-showed where I had 2 orders-1 for Prints & 1 for a tile! 😬I’m bad-forgot about the prints! Both being the same price-I hadn’t realized! So thank you K for going a step further and helping me understand the charges! I didn’t have a chance to leave a review so did it this way! They are stuck in time

I created 3 different folder with multiples tiles in each. Tried to combine all 3 folders to order as one order. There is no way of doing that. Contacted customer service and their reply was
“ I see, the issue is that our reorder feature is still not that advanced, if you want to order all the tiles together, the only best option to pay shipping once is for you to make the items all over again and add each to your cart as a new order” “. I would assume a fairly new company would have an option to order all 3 folders or even have an option of moving the tiles to different folders but they do not. So be careful, if you know you want to place a big order than I suggest adding more tiles in one folder. And if your like me and have over 40k of photos your looking through, then be careful because otherwise you won’t be able to order more than 1 folder without having to pay for shipping once. Their response is to add the photos to one folder, maybe that would of been fine but that means I have to look through all my photos and do all necessary adjustments again. I thought this app was supposed to be easy and save time but i guess that isn’t the case since you can not order multiple folders. No where on the app does it say to put photos in one folder if you want to order in bulk. And it probably should.

Can’t place an order

I have tried to place an order several times and when I get to where it says send, I hit send, and it won’t send. I have ordered photo tiles for years and have never had any issues. I don’t understand why I’m having these issues now. My address is the same as it has always been before and I’ve never had any problems. I have talked to several people on the chat but no one can seem to help me. Can’t someone look at my acct. and see what the problem is? I really don’t want to lose my free tiles. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic

I’ve been using the app to purchase photo tiles for around 4 years now and the service and quality has been great. However, recently one of the older tiles fell off the wall. I checked the app to see if so could order some more sticky pads to put it back up and messaged the customer service team. They came back very promptly and said the tiles are guaranteed for life so would send out some new pads. An envelope full of them has just been delivered, all free of charge, and the tile is back up on the wall. Absolutely fantastic customer service at its best!

Better than expected

***Update: not sure what’s happened to the quality, but the more recent photo tiles (within last couple years) are not doing as great. The images have been regularly popping off on the edges so we have to glue them down. Reduced rating as some of these have been doing this within weeks after purchase.

Didn’t know what to expect and not only are they very well packaged for protection, the quality and ease of hanging is awesome. I never print photos anymore as I only ever take them from my phone. This makes it easy and they are super cute. Happy customer and will find oh so many uses for these. Great pricing, especially with a free one ea month and discounted shipping from time to time. I get compliments all the time on these! Wow!

Great service

Just want to say what a really helpful Customer Service team Photo Tiles have. Came home this evening to find my Tiles had been delivered and opened the package to discover a small, but visible mark of the picture. Thought as it was nearly 6:00pm I’d probably only find an email address to contact to ask what could be done, but no! There was a real person on the Live Chat, Marcos and he was as quick and helpful as you could hope. How refreshing to have a problem solved within a matter of a couple of minutes. Nice work Marcos and well done Photo Tiles for the great customer service.

Order never received

I have been with FreePrints for quite some time now. I’ve never had a problem with them but the last gift I ordered was never received. I’ve been trying for days now and cannot get a response. Even my order number has disappeared. I am very disappointed because I love my pictures. Also when they say I can get an additional 3 tiles at $9 ea. but when I check out there are a lot more. I wished someone would get in touch with me. Thank you. Other than this first time I give it 5 stars
