  • Worst Customer Service and App I have ever used

    This software/server is one of the most buggy and chaotic platforms I have ever interacted with. Not only does it fail to detect your operating system, the customer support AI chat bot has zero insight into what is actually the issue. And to put the cherry on top whenever I have to submit my online interview their server breaks and now I have a 0/50 in the grade book due to this unbelievably terrible application. I have never written a review on any app before until this. An absolute atrocity.
  • The app is not working at all

    I downloaded the app but isn’t working properly I hope you all solve the problems
  • Using school account/institution account

    I cannot login using my school’s account. On a browser i use a link. Using mobile browser, I cannot view a video playlist at all…portrait or landscape, if you click on learn it just plays the video you were on…for me the first one even though on my computer I had skipped to another. so I thought the app would be better. Can’t even use without personal account. The content and tools of the site are great but not for mobile use at all.
  • Can’t see playlist when playing videos in landscape mode

    When the iPad is in landscape mode, the videos automatically go full screen. And the playlist scroll area is too narrow to see the titles, but it still let’s you scroll through a playlist within a narrow window that is about half a line wide.

    The app should give users the option of playing a video at a smaller size so that we can see the playlist at the same time, so we can keep track of which video in the list we are on.
  • This app is a dud

    I opened it was frozen I uninstalled and reinstall the app and it was just frozen. Also no instructions on what do next. This is crap!
  • Not ready for release

    Yes, really, one star. Hear me out, I’m not trying to be a jerk. This app cannot handle orientation changes on iPad, making it mostly unusable. Just by rotating my device in the hopes of reaching a control (and that shouldn’t be necessary) the video playback shifted slightly out of screen and stayed there, no matter which way I rotated my iPad.

    The above bug is very reproducible. The app is built around video playback and cannot perform that primary function adequately in any orientation.
  • Horrible app

    Recording video function works fine for the most part, but when submitting, well, the app refused to submit my presentation. No matter how many times I "successfully" submitted, the presentation would always show up in my active folder instead of my submitted folder. When I opened the app on my laptop (I had already recorded the entire presentation), I repeatedly received a "you must answer all questions before submission" message. In short, the app is awful, the website is not much better. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
  • Nice videos but... Need dark mode

    Please give us dark mode on the app. It's annoying always seeing bright lights when app surfing

  • Couldn’t log on

    Had trouble at first logging in. They gave me a refund and access to the tools for my issues. They were just busy at the time. There is some pretty good stuff but you need to be independently motivated to get into them. If you apply yourself, I’m sure you will be much better at interviewing.

    I got told it was my device . But before that I got told it doesn’t work well with iPads , but works better with iPhones. I had it on both devices and I was having issues with them both not working. You app is horrible.
