Couldn’t log on

Had trouble at first logging in. They gave me a refund and access to the tools for my issues. They were just busy at the time. There is some pretty good stuff but you need to be independently motivated to get into them. If you apply yourself, I’m sure you will be much better at interviewing.

I got told it was my device . But before that I got told it doesn’t work well with iPads , but works better with iPhones. I had it on both devices and I was having issues with them both not working. You app is horrible.

HORRIBLE.

THIS APP CANNOT EVEN SAVE VIDEO. Every time I press save the app just shut down, what a work of genius.
ALSO, its web platform is AWFUL. For app, you can't save video, for web, you can't submit video. Hooray!

Great curriculum for interviewing!

We have chosen to use Big Interview as our consortium’s curriculum for Adult Education in getting our students more prepared for job interviews. The Big Interview program offers many tools and practice opportunities for those who prepare at home or on the go.

We have had no complaints with their online services or with the ability of logging on. Students have given us great feedback on their use and success in using this program. The company’s additions and improvements throughout the last few years demonstrates that they are continuing to improve their product for future users. A BIG thank you for their product!!

Takes f-o-r-e-v-e-r to upload my videos. (And mine are for grade)

This is going to be first ever review on appstore because it’s literally pissing me off. I took this class that using this platform for an assignment and guess what I wish my teacher knew how bad it is. I tried to upload my videos for practice interview questions and each is less than 1 min (which some of the questions actually need more than that length but I tried to shorten my answer as I knew how long it would take). So obviously it’s not helpful for real life experience at this point. To get it cleared I didn’t wait until the last minutes but it literally took me 5hrs to upload and my internet plan is kinda the best one. Some of my classmates also gotta deal with the probs. Now that I submitted only 9/10 videos. Are you kidding me Big Interview??? The platform looks well developed but what’s up with the video compression? Rather have a friend to practice with me!

Hi Hgtek837, Thank you for the kind words about the platform itself. We're always looking to improve and make it better and better for learners. I'm sure it was super-annoying to have an issue with the app while working on an assignment. From the way you're describing the issue, it seems like maybe it could have been the mobile service/connection from the device. You can actually record and playback instantly on the phone, but for it to sync to your account will depend on the strength of the connection. You know, one thing we can explore on our end is if your iphone video settings are for some reason set to 4K, that might likely impact upload speed. We can explore having the app default to lower res (just in case the user has a much higher resolution set in the main camera).
