  • Seems OK to me

    I have used this app for years without a problem. I am not discounting anyone else’s experience but I personally have found it to do what it needs to do.

  • Statements Very Slow to Load

    The PDF monthly statements take over 30 seconds to open which is very frustrating. Other than that, the app is fine.

    Using iPhone 13 mini with iOS 17.

  • Changes to cards

    Brim added new changes to the cards that they call optimizations however they are downgrades.
    You now get charged 1.5% for foreign transaction fees and they cut their cash back rewards. They no long offer more points for Amazon purchases.
    Really a useless card and a useless company. Their Q2 losses are 6.4million demonstrating the dissatisfaction from clients. Goodbye Brim.
