    An update after several months of not working. Now, off to see if it works.
  • Bad Request

    This app stopped working. I can no longer log in, and get stuck with “bad request” error. I emailed support and was ignored. Shame because I used to love this app. Appears dev has no plan to support it yet still takes your money with the annual pass.
  • App has stopped working

    Like others it was good to start with but now the app is saying bad request when trying to log in and has been like this for a few days. As it is a paid subscription this should be fixed or refunds provided.
  • Bad Request

    Every time I try to login, it says “Bad Request”. Not working for over two months now. Is there anyone who can help?? No contact information either!
  • Doesn’t work

    The app worked fine for about 6 months, but now it’s stuck at it’s login screen. After putting in the correct credentials, it only provides an :message box saying “bad request”. Been that way for a while and there’s no real developer support.

    Is a shame because the app was useful when it functioned properly.

  • Application ne fonctionne plus

    Il n’est plus possible de se connecter à l’application. Message d’erreur « bad request » Malgré, le fait d’avoir supprimé l’application et télécharger à nouveau.
  • Good till it broke

    Used for about 1 month untill it broke. My phone, Apple Watch wouldn’t work with automate. Reinstalled, it just won’t login to my Tesla account! All it says it “bad request”
  • No longer works

    No longer works and they provide no support. I can’t login and when I click account help it routes me to the Tesla page where I can easily login with my Tesla account information so it’s not a username/password issue.
  • Stopped working

    When I try to log in it gives me an error message saying Bad request. I have subscribed and paid to this app and it is not working. Not sure where I can go to get help or support or reset my password for the account.

    Any idea on how to get support? Lost connectivity and now it just states “Bad Request” when trying to login on the app. Unable to use at the moment and can’t find anywhere to get support from the developer on the website Apple points me to.
