Disappointed because of NO support for accounts with 2 Factor Authentication
I’ve been a loyal user for over a year now... and after invoking 2 Factor Authentication, now Automate hasn’t been updated to allow access to my Tesla account. I hope the software developer updates this soon or I’ll just be cancelling my annual subscriptionchewable

App doesn’t work
I tried logging in and all it said was “Bad Request”. At first tried using Apple saved password feature then tried typing it in manually but none of them worked. Tried multiple times.MiikeDA9
Not working on Apple Watch.
Need support help. Stopped working on Apple Watch when upgraded to iPhone 12 mini. Both on latest iOS.
App on watch crashes on watch within 1 second. Tried installing and reinstalling apps on both watch and phone. Very frustrating.....Rqcamfan

As mentioned in the app listing, AutoMate requires a paid subscription.App Can’t Wake Car On Its Own
The app requires manual intervention to wake the car. This renders the Siri Shortcuts unusable as the car needs to be woken for them to work.
If I have to open the app and manually wake the car, I might as well use the free Tesla app.
If there is no way to fix this, the app has no value.RJ Nuxy
Still in Trial - so far, OK
Great interface. I’m still in 1 week trial. Would give 4 stars to start off but launching app doesn’t automatically launch my car. Says “Change” in upper right corner, and “Waking” eventually does show at top of screen. However I suppose it hangs there because if I press on “Change” the can then select my car and the app launches into my cars view and data.
Should auto launch a specified car, or the car of only one is available. Should not have to manually do this. Or am I missing a setting somewhere? ...I did look but couldn’t figure outShow lessDadOfG5

The watch app crashes on launch. Contacted support but no response after 3 weeks.
I’ve updated all software, tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Very unprofessional technical support. I contacted them to see why the app doesn’t work. After they realized they can not fix the issue, they stopped responding my email.Ahmani25
