App crashes consistently
App crashes almost every time we try to use it. Also, it cannot connect with one radiator consistently so we have to manually control it. Not worth the money - do not use!@iand2009
Needs a massive upgrade
I wish I could use a different app. Alas my electric radiators seemingly only work with this one. The app crashes 9 out of 10 times I try to use it.Really don’t want a nickname

Kept disconnecting, so uninstalled app to set up again. Now it will not sync with the smart heat module.smcm83

App is a bit dated now.
I have had been using this App for four years now in a home environment and haven’t really had any issues apart from the occasional loss of connection which is easily rectified but restarting the App.
It is quite a basic basic App and could do with some additional features such as, show status/ temp of all rads on one screen.
A logging feature to log the temp of a zone over a 24 hour period. Which would be handy for checking the temperature of a room when the Brad’s are off.Show lessSeeburgman
App don’t work
I have spent over 3 1/2 hrs trying to connect to this app, Crap don’t use. Better off using controls on heaters manuallycrocmad
App and kit not compatible
I’ve bought a Wi-Fi router with heaters. It says to connect to this app. As I enter app it asks me to press the button on the back of the router to be able to connect. There is no button and it’s now unusable. Awful. I want my money back.Unhappy Chappy 2021
Very poor
Constantly crashes and intermittently refuses to communicate with the radiator. Actually feel like it’s worse than when I first installed. Pls fix!!Anderssen666

App not working
We rely on this app to control our heating in a holiday let. It has now not been able to connect for several weeks, leaving us unbeknown to our heating levels at the property.linnytt71
