Much worse since the June update
Much of the time the site is inaccessible and, when it is accessible, not particularly useful.
I no longer receive emails and when I try to go into my account details to check - it is just blank. No method of actually being able to enter information.
The site states that reservations are ready for pick up but the books are not in the library and the staff are unable to locate.
Feel sorry for the staff as they are ones trying to deal with problems caused.Show lessTrwdn
Very slow to open
The app is worse than the one it replaced, it seems to be full of bugs and when opened it takes up to 1min to open, the previous app was more or less instantaneous?olivia witington
New Update - awful
Edit - still awful. Very slow. the app doesn’t work the majority of the time which means you cannot reserve items. It seems to stop working at night time then comes back online in the morning. I really wish they would revert back to the old version as this one has no benefit and is waste of tax payers money!
After waiting a long time with no app as it was been “developed” (usually these things happen in the background, then the apps are switched to the new one) the new app is pretty much the same just less useable. I also cannot reserve books as I have “invalid date” when I click reserve. 2 steps backwards, well doneShow lessBeanbag006
