I really want this to work
I’ve been a user of this since it’s development. I’m an anxious flyer and it has helped me so much but recently neither of the apps (old and new version-I prefer old version) have worked well. I really want this app to work and hope the developers continue to perfect this app because it’s so informative and works wonders for anxious passengers. Please keep this app going!Show lessGbaby2
Stopped working
I am having the same problem as others have mentioned. I enter my flight information and it says it is looking for the data but then it says there was an error and goes back to asking the flight info again. I have reinstalled the app and checked it’s the latest version. I used to love this app.ClairM1986

The old version was great! The new version is a chatbot that frequently has server errors or restarts.David Isaacs
App does not work.
Never able to find flight numbers and you have to enter in all flight info manually. Once It asks my for the time of flight the app just stalls out and never works. Regret buying 10 flights.funeral jkjj
No humans to contact
I was so excited about this app which was helpful on a couple of flights. However, I purchased another flight before an international trip and spent 30 minutes starting over because it kept logging me out. There is no way to reach a human either. I was panicking because I was relying on the app to help me through the flight. Now I’m trying to get a refund. There is absolutely no way to contact anyone. I’m was do hopeful, so I’m very disappointed. I have a lot of specific feedback I could give the designers, too, but there’s no way to reach anyone.Show lessSoccerRaccoon

This app is incredible but you need to do the full course
The app was incredibly helpful. I am so glad I did the course and had sky guru to support me.
I was astonished at how positive my flying experience was, I haven’t felt this good in an airplane in years! Yes, I was scared a little at some stages of the flight but I had Aleksey’s voice in my head reminding me that it’s just adrenaline and that I’m safe. And the app explaining and reminding me all of the technical stuff was like a protective comfort blanket. Thank you so so much!
Even my husband (who’s suffered through my numerous panic attacks and tears on flights for years) said that Aleksey Gervash is an absolute genius😄
So glad I listened to the full 60 hours of the course and finally invested this time to change my life!Show lessBrighttomato

The estimated turbulence map from weather maps is great as a "psychological tool" to see roughly what to expect. However, the app is unreliable, many "server error"s and flight not found errors. Also the message-based ui feels like a cool experiment that is not very usable (it's very linear and cluttered).Show lessUser12368459

Hi , thanks for your opinion. You can still use the old version ( it's available in the app store) if you like it more. Please let us know what issue did you have with turbulence forecast besides avg/max switch? It's available anytime in a menuNot helpful
This app is so hard to use. There’s no ability to go back. You get stuck in a virtual chat. It automatically fills info that you didn’t enter. Just completely frustrating.Kmwine

Sorry to hear that. We are working hard to make this app a real help. The app fills information automatically if there is no user's respond as it is expected by app. This is required to avoid normal flow freeze if the user doesn't answer or confirm app's requests.I cannot register!
I downloaded the app yesterday. When I m asked to register, despite a)checking email speeding is correct, b) checking inbox, c)checking junk mail box and d)press the resend button, I still haven’t received any confirmation code email.
