DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I asked a consultant if I could have a refund, well within the 30 days and she asked me to email their customer service team, unfortunately I didn’t realise that this initial request wasn’t counted so when I got around to emailing the CS team I was 5 days late.
I honestly thought they would show some compassion in this instance, I am a sleep deprived mum with other children and their app hasn’t helped me, but they refuse to refund me.
So I have spent a whole lot of money on an app that doesn’t work and then had to spend time and anxiety trying to plead my case to people who offer zero compassion.

User friendly
Also I don’t think it was clearly stated that when you pay for it, you have to subscribe to get the village features. Which I’m not convinced to buy either due to the functionality.

We understand your frustration, but we follow a clear refund policy to ensure fairness to all customers. Our policy requires that the program is used for at least two weeks to give it a fair chance, and that the customer has followed the guidance provided. This allows us to determine if the program truly isn't working for your child. We are happy to offer a refund when a customer meets these criteria. If, after two weeks of following the program, you find it doesn’t work for you, and can provide the required information, we would be happy to review your request again. We also recommend reaching out to our support team for help with any app-related issues or troubleshooting.
New update has taken away useful features
Not normally one to write reviews but hoping this review helps restore some of the features taken away with the most recent update.
I have loved little ones since I've been using it (my little one is almost 5 months & we’ve been using it since we got home from hospital).
However, the most recent update claims to give us ‘new resettling feature’ when I reality it has taken away way more useful features within the app.
Ie. if I forgot to start my sleep timer I could edit the start time… now I can not
If I forgot to hit stop on a feed l…I could edit the length of the feed. Now I’m unable to get the time to go below 1 hour if I need to edit it.
Sure I could remember to start and stop the app. But let’s face it sometimes when you’re handling your little one, these things get forgotten.
Also there is no way to distinguish a nap versus overnight sleep? Which doesn’t make sense considering the plans also give you an indication of ideal nap amounts each day. So now you’d have to manually work out how much nap time you’ve had compared to before when able would tell you the accumulated amount based on you choosing what kind of sleep it is.
Really hoping these features are restored asap. As really the resettling info was fine before when you could hit stop and resume & it would log it for you.
Hopefully someone is going through usability as it’s really taken the app backwards.

The Best Baby-Related Purchase!
To be honest, I’m shocked at the number of negative reviews.
I have found their customer service to be fantastic. When my kids have run into sleep struggles, I’ve posted in the Village and the LO sleep consultants reply quickly and continue to provide assistance until the struggle is resolved. I can’t imagine going navigating baby sleep without this app.
The app is extremely detailed. I can appreciate a new user may feel overwhelmed with the amount of content to look through and read. However, it is time very well spent. It has completely changed my outlook on baby and children’s sleep.
I’ll also add, they are always making updates to the app. They take users requests seriously and updated and changed things based on user feedback.
If you are in the thick of baby sleep.. I encourage you to try little ones, despite the negative reviews. I found little ones off a Facebook ad that popped up one night at 1am-after my son had taken 6 hours to fall asleep. I bought it out of desperation and I’m so thankful I did!

Invaluable information but tracking bit could be improved
The tracking part of the app is not as user friendly as rivals. In the graph resettling time doesn’t show so if you pause sleep stop each time it just looks like one big sleep making it hard to interpret m. When editing sleep time it’s easy to accidentally change the start rather than the end which is more usually what I’m updating. My partner can’t start or stop a sleep I’ve started on my phone and vice versa.
