This app needs another better update.!!!
For some reason the light gets stuck and the only solution is to reboot and sometimes the reboot has problems pairing with the network, phone and lights. Disastrous.! When you change the effects, it gets stuck and changes to orange and you have to restart and set up everything from scratch.
New Update Bug
My device doesn't connect to my Hex-lights nor one of my 2 led strips. It keeps on saying "Network timed out. Please try again in a few minutes (timeout)" however it has been over an hour of me turning it off and on at the wall, restarting my phone, disconnecting and reconnecting to internet and bluetooth. It usually is really good and if any issues only needs to be turned off and on at the wall once. Disappointed that this bug wasn't fixed but made worse. Hope it gets resolved soon.

Had to reinstall app after iOS 17
Like many people shared, the app wouldn’t open after updating to iOS 17, even after bug fix updates. I had to actually delete the app and reinstall it and connect my light for the app to work again. No ideal, but at least it’s working.
