I don’t trust this app having access to my camera roll
First things first, the app is too slow and will never load the QR code so that you can get in the club without your physical card. It might do so whilst playing around and checking the app, but in real life it never dies so, don’t rely on it.
I tried to rate the club, but it requires camera access, which raises RED FLAGS! I am not giving up my privacy and guess what, I don’t care about sharing my opinion. By the way, I regret being a member of this club … parking is always a pain in the neck, especially Maadi club. Food is very “VERY” poor .. even ketchup, mustard and other stuff is very low quality and never expect a well served hot meal at any club (Trust me I tried all locations). Coaches are not professionals and your kiddos will eventually waste their time as their skills wont improve much (I am referring to soccer ball and swimming as well as gymnastics). Wish I could sell my membership for one tenth of what I paid but it is not possible whatsoever. If you read the whole thing, you are amazing lol

The app is very complicated & not clear. Also it gives wrong info. Need to be improved & up to date

Paying online is not working! Especially at a time like this such a feature needs to be working. And the customer support for the app doesn’t help

I would love to buy admission tickets from the app. Also, it doesn’t tell any information about how to redeem points! For instance, I don’t know how much a point worth if I am to redeem it at the club for dining, tickets, etc.
I have literally had zero benefits from using this app rather than seeing my own personal information, yet, I couldn’t tweak the spelling of my first and middle name to match my government ID when I updated my info haha I mean what a joke lol

Bad app since i get it , it doesn’t working..!!!
Great Step
Well, the application is so good and I had no problem logging in or anything. It just need to be smoother with time and few improvements like FAQs the window doesn’t fully expand to show full answer.
