Unreliable service
On the day, the cleaner came and finished a part of the job. when the cleaner saw she had to do the cat’s place, she refused to clean it saying that she was not informed about that. Customer service argued with me that they don’t clean after pets over the phone and didn’t help solve the issue. I requested to stop the job immediately but they argued a lot that it’s not possible. I had to strongly insist on stopping the cleaning service and only pay for the parts that were done only. It was such a horrible experience over the phone.
