Choose from our 2-hour morning and evening pickup and delivery windows and that’s it, we’ll take care of the rest! We’ll pick up your clothes in your personalized Makwa bags at your scheduled time. Step 2: Your Makwa agent will arrive with your personalized bags to collect your clothes – feel free to inquire about anything related to the service Step 3: Your clothes arrive at the vendors premises for processing. Our cleaning partners have decades of experience running their private laundromats and working for top hotels.
