It works but makes you refill if you are trying to wash and dry because it needs a $2.00 balance requirement after paying for the lowest amount of $10 and wash and dry is $5 each.
It asked me to add a balance to the app before starting so I did. Then it charged me separately when I went to use the machine so I had to withdraw the money I put it. When I withdrew it it charged me 20% of the money I put it for a maintenance fee. The bookings also seemed pointless because you could use it while it was booked. Otherwise the app worked well I’d say
The app was useful when I was doing was while traveling through Norway. The staff was very helpful with deactivating my account and refunding deposits when I left the country. They responded to the chat request quickly and resolved my issue immediately. Thanks for the great service!

This false information is not just inconvenient but feels predatory, as it leads customers to waste time and money on a service that doesn't deliver on its promises. This app clearly prioritizes profit over user experience. Do not rely on this app for accurate machine availability!

Hana and the Airwallet teamWhat a joke this app is. I’m on a trip to Europe and you have to download an app for EVERYTHING, travel, tickets for things, LAUNDRY. So of course I have to get this app, and I try to set up an account, but they never sent a text to my number to activate my account. So I back out of that screen to try to resend the code and it brings me all the way back to the main screen. So I enter in my info again and it says there’s already an account with my email. I never entered an email??? The first or the second time. So I go back again and press login… sure enough my account works!! So why have me wait for “up to two minutes” (more like 10), just to let me use my account without verifying anything? That’s my first issue. My second issue comes from the dookie dogwater “administration fee” that comes with withdrawing my money. At the hostel I’m staying at, it cost €5 to wash, and €2.5 to dry. So I put €7.5 into my account because that’s how math works. Right? Wrong. I go to move my laundry to the dryer and start it, sure enough, there’s €2.5 in my account. And how much does it cost to start the dryer? €2.5. OR SO YOU MIGHT THINK!! I actually DONT have enough money in my account according to the app. Now you may ask yourself, “why do you even have to put money into your account in the first place since you already put in your card information for payment?” And what a question that is! I surely can’t figure it out myself. Regardless, I go to add as little to my account as possible, and shocker, you can’t add a small amount to your account so you have DEFINITIVELY enough money to have to dry. (I tried €.01 and €.50) it doesn’t let you add that much in. Instead I noticed there is a withdrawal button so I thought I could add in however much and simply pull the extra because it might just not register that there’s the proper amount to pay for drying and I’ll get it started and pull the rest. Going to withdraw my money, that’s when they hit you with a €2 withdrawal fee, just to withdraw the €3 I was required to put in FOR NO VALID REASON!!! F this app, and F their “administration” considering they don’t do anything.

Based on the issue you describe it sounds like you might have set your refill limit too high. If you do not want to be notified until the balance is fully used, it is necessary to set the refill limit value to 0. We will be happy if you contact us so we can discuss the situation further.

Every time I try to log into the app it tells me my Irish number isn’t real. I know it’s real. I use the number daily. The app has sent me text messages to it in the past. Stop preventing me from doing laundry because you can’t figure out what an area code is.
