Appalling machines, great service.
All of the machines forbid using detergent and say they provide it, I wasted €16 running it through two washes just for the clothes to smell worse once the wash was done.
It’s not hard to keep your machines in campus hub central Malta topped up with detergent if you’re not going to let customers use their own.
On top of this the refund takes 2 weeks (5-10 business day) to return to your account and tries to charge you €2 to withdraw.
They waived this charge for me and the customer service was very helpful and no questions asked but the machines are dreadful. Waste of time completely now I have to go elsewhere.
