Horrible after the new update
Horrible horrible horrible I hope u read this and fox the issue it’s so so complicated I get fed up and close the whole thing please return as it was before !!!!!!!
I need to choose a pick up then I need to choose a drop off and maybe I need it back home again so 3 places they pick up from my home return to shop and then come back home again .. how can that be ?? Not possible
Also I need to choose pick up it’s so confusing I can’t just fill in the place where it’s clear for me and the driver all I can say plz put it back way it was I stopped using it nowShow lessNSB79
Worst service ever
The customer service is the worst they don’t know how to deal with clients and for sure they don’t know how to solve issues. I would definitely give this app a zero star and I DO NOT recommend anyone to use it.JassemSafar
worst drivers
Worst collection of drives, they all ask from us (the client) to send them whatsapp location and sometimes they don’t understand how to open them or use them. so they ask for google maps location. whats the point of the application if all the drivers call us and ask for location and the app has and request All the information. pointlessShow lesstimeXway

برنامج فاشل وشوي مصداقيه لما تقولون نوصل لجميع الكويت وانا منطقتي ماتوصلون لها

Way too expensive
Kind of useful, but it is waaaay too expensive. The delivery most of the time is more expensive than the order itself. And I think it needs to take order from more branches.

اذا انتو ماتقدرون توصلون لجميع المناطق ليش كاتبين نوصل لك وين ماكنت وبنهايه جذي للاسف حذفت التطبيق خدمه فاشله وانصحكم بتحديد المناطق اللي تقدرون توصلون لها ب الاعلانات وجذي عشان محد ينزل التطبيق ويتعب وبنهايه مايوصل لهsaad qk
