They are thieves charged me twice in 2 weeks

CHARGED TWICE! AFTER CXL REQUEST KEPT CHARGING!
1. Double charged me for initial subscription, literally charged twice!!
2. When I connected with them directly, mentioned I am not interested in subscription and requested refund, they sent me to Apple to follow up
3. I still kept being charged on weekly basis!!

We cannot make any changes remotely to your Apple ID Account as developers do not have access to users’ accounts.
