Needs some serious work
I’ve been using this app for a few months and I’m disappointed how they still haven’t fixed some glaringly obvious bugs. I’ve tried to just use the search box as a way to get everything I want, but even when I put in a specific name for something, it won’t list what I’m looking for, unless I manually scan the barcode of the item at the store. On top of this, there are also multiple items in the store that don’t have a corresponding SKU on the app and therefore can’t be added to my cart. It’s also a horrible idea to try to buy any meat with through the app because almost every pack of meat that they sell is a different weight so they each have a slightly different price. Therefore, you have to enter how much weight of a specific meat you want and they are supposed to bring you as close to the weight that you requested as possible. Every time I’ve tried to order meat they always bring me meat that is less than I requested and they change the amount that they charge me without calling to ask if I would want something slightly more than I requested which means I’ve had to call them before and say that I requested one or two more pounds of meat than I was actually given and they would have to come back and make another trip. Finally, I would say the single most irritating bug that stands out the most for not even being fixed is when you try to scan a barcode. 99% of the time, just pressing the barcode scanner button once will not actually launch the scanner for you to use on an item. The only way I’ve found to make it work is to double tap it, except if you double tap it too quickly then you get a pop-up saying that the scanner is already running even when it isn’t and the only way to fix it is to close the app and reopen it to try again. There are definitely a lot of specific smaller bugs that I’ve come across, but they are a bit too difficult to describe in a review, so I really hope that the business can do a major overhaul on this app or even change the person or company they hired to design the app in the first place, because they are doing a terrible job of keeping the app running smoothly.

Great. Make option to tip delivery person
Great app great grocery store. I wish there were an option to electronically tip my delivery person! Please add if possible.
Truly the best
I live in the neighborhood, I refuse to get my groceries anywhere else. Love Frank’s. And then the app? Amazing. Gotta love Frank’s. Thank you guys for being here for the whole neighborhood in this difficult time.
The Unsung Heroes of the Pandemic
I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a long time, and Frank’s has always been a wonderful place to shop. When the COVID-19 crisis began, Frank’s was there to provide groceries and other necessities either in their store or via the app that they so wisely set up years before. I’ve been using the app to order and then pick up groceries—sometimes same day or one or two days later at the most. Frank’s has been the main source of groceries for me—when amazon and all the other apps didn’t have delivery windows open, Frank’s was there, all of its employees working hard to fulfill orders while making sure to stay safe and healthy themselves. When this is all over I will remember who was there for their neighbors, and that’s Frank’s Market. Thank you!

I love Frank’s!!!!
Frank’s is my favorite grocery store in Hudson Heights. And now, in the time of Covid, they are serving our neighborhood so beautifully. Their store is very clean, they are conscientious re: social distancing, and it’s pretty well-stocked too. Their contactless delivery is also such a necessary service. The people who work their are incredibly kind and thoughtful. Shop at Frank’s!!!
